Mr. Dheeraj Amin, Managing Director of NorthernSky Properties, has guided the company’s growth since its early years into an established name in Mangalore real estate. He has led residential and commercial projects with steady focus on construction standards, considered design, and delivering on commitments. He takes a long-term view, valuing what is made as much as the trust it earns, and keeps the company grounded in its founding principles.
Mrs. Kritheen Amin
Kritheen Amin, Managing Director of NorthernSky Properties, leads with steady conviction, grounded and her own, very distinctly. She holds an MBA in HR and Marketing, plus a Business Administration certification from New York University, applied to overseeing projects and honouring every client commitment. She balances business, family, and motherhood with real ease, leading Hospitality, Retail, HR, PR, and Innovation with a measured hand.
